Day-Time :- Turquoise should be worn only and only on the index finger of the working hand and it should be done only on Thursday at 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM and 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Metal :- Gold should be the first choice of metal, which should be used for a Turquoise ring, pendant or bracelet. Silver, panchdhatu or ashtadhatu can also be considered if gold is out of economic constraints.

Weight :- Ideally, minimum weight of Turquoise which should be worn is calculated according to your body weight. (15 – 18 kgs of body weight denotes 2 carat)
